I’m currently studying for a Master’s degree in Linguistics from the University of Montana. I expect to graduate in May 2027.

I graduated from Oberlin College for my BA as a Creative Writing and Linguistics double major in 2024.

My fields of interest include syntax (and morphosyntax) of southern Alaskan languages, as well as historical linguistics with a vague focus on English. Read my full grammar sketch of the dormant language Eyak below (based on A Grammar of Eyak by Michael E. Krauss), and an analysis of a potential Northern Northwest coast language area, which discusses Eyak, Tlingit, Aleut, and Haida.
